Five-Year Guarantee

All Avenhood products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers structural integrity, joinery, and material defects under normal domestic use.

Products Covered

• Dining tables
• Aluminium louvered pergolas
• Infrared saunas
• Any additional products sold through avenhood.com

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including natural weathering of outdoor products
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
• Damage caused during self-assembly where professional installation was recommended
• Damage caused during transport arranged by the customer
• Cosmetic variations in natural materials (wood grain, stone veining) which are characteristic of the product
• Products used in a commercial setting unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Avenhood or an approved representative

Commercial Use

Our standard warranty applies to domestic use only. If you intend to use an Avenhood product in a commercial environment (restaurant, hotel, office, or similar), please contact us before purchase. We may be able to offer a separate commercial warranty subject to individual assessment.

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us at hello@avenhood.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Provide photographs clearly showing the defect.
3. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 5 working days.
4. If the claim is valid, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

Limitations

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
